Their communication has been atrocious, we were honestly concerned that they wouldn't show up to our wedding day based on their lack of communication on anything other than payment. They still haven't given us the deliverables, it's been 5 weeks and they promised it in two.
I’m honestly shocked that this company has a 3.6-star rating. The communication has been almost nonexistent. Despite reaching out multiple times for an estimated delivery date for our wedding photos from April 2024, I’ve received very few updates. Eventually, I received a message explaining they are about three months behind the estimated delivery date but have up to 18 months to deliver the photos. If I could give zero stars, I would. They have taken over 16 months to get our wedding video to us and it was not what we agreed on!! They promised us 3 photographers and only sent two. They will only take my call if my number is hidden despite I already paid them and it has taken over a year to get our video. They have many excuses why they aren’t able to meet expectations or fulfill their contract. You’d be better off having a monkey document your wedding.
Stay as far away as possible from this company, it is basically a scam, he will hound you for his money but once the money is received he will ghost you. This man hounded me and threatened to send us to collections even after I told him we wanted out of the contract due to my husband being deployed and we were no longer able to have a wedding, Matt is inconsiderate and extremely unprofessional. PLEASE, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! MATT IS A TOTAL SCAM! THE WORST COMPANY I EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH. My husband and I hired Ever After Studios for our wedding on October 21, 2022. We paid for the Platinum Film + Forever Photography Package. We started making payments back on February 27, 2022, thru July 1, 2022. We paid the total amount of $5304.25, three months prior to our wedding date.
