I was very disappointed by the level of customer service. I wasn’t notified about their odd contract with UPS and their additional custom fees. I ordered a small areola pigment set for $115 and was charged $95 in total for shipping!!!! I will be ordering my products through Tina Davis or another pigment company. Also, the girl at customer service just offered no solution or cared about keeping my business. Very odd.
