If you purchase from here, be aware that after-sales support is a big challenge, practically non existent. I bought a Tesla Model Y 7-Seater and was promised multiple times that any issues would be handled promptly within 3 days of purchase. What an efficient, straightforward car buying experience. Giorgi, the salesperson, was extremely helpful from start to finish. Transparent, friendly, professional. So was Trevor, the finance manager, who made the process easy. Transaction paperwork is reviewed and signed on your own phone, and we were in and out of there in less than 2 hours. Had a great experience selling my Model X via Ever. Andrew who I worked with on this transaction was extremely professional and reachable throughout this process. It was obvious, Ever knows EV's based on their questions and feedback and this was not just another purchase for them. I highly recommend their marketplace for buying and selling EVs.
Went to test drive a couple of vehicles that I was interested in. Their place in downtown SF had ample parking, had large open layout and had a welcoming appearance. James was extremely helpful and provided 5 star service. He gave me plenty of time to inspect both vehicles and there was no pressure and sales tactics. I really appreciated this.
