Micayla was the associate that helped me and she was very helpful and nice. She helped educate me on the different vehicles I test drove. As a first time EV buyer it was important to make an informed decision. They do limit you to only 2 test drives per visit so I did have to go back twice to test 4 vehicles. My constructive feedback would be to increase test drives to 3 per visit and for a little longer each time. All in all the experience was positive.

So I and my wife booked an appointment to go see an EV. They call me a day before and the day off confirming that we are coming and I confirmed that we will. When we got there they were not able to find the key. How unprofessional of them to not even check if they have the key prior to asking the customer to come. Apparently they lost it. So we had nothing to show for it after travelling for 50 miles to SFO. They regretted the experience and told me to reserve the car so once they get the key I can test ride it and decide on... read more
