I had high hopes for this event center and perhaps at some point they provided quality service but that wasn't the case with me. Communication was an issue, as I would be the one constantly reaching out, my Decorator took a video of how dirty the floors were and upon arrival noticed the plates were dirty as well. Someone's beverage was left behind in one of the tables and we had to open and close the venue as there was no staff on site.
