Attended an event there that included their catering service. We have several members of our team who are vegan/plant-based and I asked the food coordinator (?) what was vegan. She confirmed that a couple of dishes were vegan (namely the rice) only to find out later that the rice both had butter AND was made with chicken bouillon. Not knowing or putting the effort into educating yourself and your staff on these food safety concerns can be highly dangerous for your customers.
Working with Joan and Ella to host my company's annual Talent Show and end of year party at the On Jackson was such a great experience!
