Events Extraordinaire exceeded all of my expectations for planning our bar mitzvah party in October 2025. I reached out to Carin at a point where I already had booked a venue and hired a DJ, a photographer and a decorator. But having ideas floating about and contracts signed is not the same as being fully coordinated for the day of, or leading up to your party. The Events Extraordinaire team provided exceptional event coordination and assistance with our son's Bar Mitzvah in May 2024. Carin and Events Extraordinaire went above and beyond at every touch point throughout the year as we planned our bat mitzvah. Carin was flawless with all aspects of communication, helped us negotiate, recommended the best entertainment and decor for our budget. Our event was a WOW and it was because of this team. More importantly, we were able to enjoy the special weekend with our family and guests because of Carin’s expert planning. We can’t recommend her expertise and all she brings to the table enough!
