Party Planning Perfection!!! Two bat-mitzvahs and a wedding, all planned with attention to every detail of each weekend from start to finish. Friends and family raved about all of the events. We were able to enjoy ourselves without getting caught up in logistics. Carin Lomax and her crew are a pleasure to work with and make every event unique and special. I highly recommend Events Extraordinaire for all of your party planning needs.
Made me wait to discuss the proposal for my Son’s birthday party and thus held off on finalizing other planners. On the day of the call, didn’t show up for 20 mins then messaged saying sorry we should move on. Wasted our time. This is not how one operates in a service industry with clients.
Events Extraordinaire exceeded all of my expectations for planning our bar mitzvah party in October 2025. I reached out to Carin at a point where I already had booked a venue and hired a DJ, a photographer and a decorator. But having ideas floating about and contracts signed is not the same as being fully coordinated for the day of, or leading up to your party. The Events Extraordinaire team provided exceptional event coordination and assistance with our son's Bar Mitzvah in May 2024. Carin and her team helped us plan the event from concept to implementation, and contributed many valuable ideas that made the event more memorable and special.
