Stephanie was amazing!! She came to my house to create a balloon arch for my baby's 1st birthday. I didn't really know what to expect, as this was the first time I've asked for a balloon arch set up on my own. She asked for some concept pictures (if i had any - which, I easily found online), what color scheme we were wanting, and then we set up a time! She came and set up the balloon arch beautifully. I wanted to surprise my husband to celebrate his milestone birthday with a party in my hometown in Huntington, WV.
