Jess was a pleasure to work with! She delivered the flowers early, allowed me to make some requests to customize, had wonderful pricing, and on top of all of that - the mache and vase both turned out absolutely gorgeous! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

Top notch customer service.I emailed after having website order issues and Jan got back to me immediately. She was so helpful. I called her to give payment info and I told her my brother is a regular out of state and uses Flowers by Jess to have flowers sent to my mom in the nursing home.
