Unfortunately, the experience with this vendor was extremely disappointing. She was hired to provide and set up a specific backdrop for the wedding and was scheduled to arrive at the venue at 10:00 AM. However, she did not arrive until after 3:00 PM—more than five hours late. At 4:20 PM, she was still actively working on the backdrop, with the ceremony scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM. Extremely disappointed with this vendor and the way they handled what should have been a beautiful and seamless wedding day. Their delays completely disrupted the wedding timeline and created an unnecessary amount of stress for the bride, wedding party, and guests. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Events Beyond Imagination while providing services for this wedding I attended. Unfortunately, the company arrived approximately 6 hrs late, which caused significant delays and impacted the entire time line of the wedding. Because of this delay, other vendors and scheduled aspects of the celebration were also affected. Extremely disappointed with this vendor. Their delays impacted an entire wedding timeline, including having the guests to wait in 90-degree weather. This caused unnecessary stress on what should have been one of the most important days of someone’s life. I would not recommend this vendor based on our experience.
Loss of time we can’t get back. The bride was not able to fully get her back drop experience with this vendor being LATE! We were supposed to have pictures in front of the backdrop! The team did not start working on this backdrop until after 4pm! The wedding starts at 5!! This was very sad to see the stress of the bride due to the unprofessional manner of this vendor. Do not recommend as they do not take wedding serious!!!
