They very clearly don't care about their customers. Their products are pretty good, but if there's any issue, don't expect any help. I upgraded a bundle and fully expected to surrender the old license. They went though my ilok account and took other licenses that were not related to the bundle upgrade. When I asked to keep the individual licenses, they refused and didn't care help. They referred to the terms and ended the conversation. Great sounding products with very poor reliability. I have owned 4 eventide products in my life. An Eclipse, a Time Factor, Space, and an H9 max. I had issues with three of those products. The eclipse had a software error that would make editing difficult, I had to reset the unit every so often. The space had issues with the encoders, randomly changing values when not even touched, and the H9's power supply went bad. For a pro audio company this record of reliability is frankly shameful.
