I have lived at 1400 King for 2.5 years and recommended it to multiple people. The staff is so nice, maintenance will fix something the same day it was requested, and the tenants are extremely quiet. I have never had any issues living here. Susan has by far been the best landlord I will probably ever see in my days of renting.
Great housing, staff, and management. It's been the best realty group I've rented from, and the only one that you can message at 3 am and get a response within minutes.
I was a pharmacy candidate coming to Columbus for the first time and King Ave was the first and only apartment I stayed at during my 4 years in pharmacy school. The location is perfect for anyone that needs to travel to the medical campus at OSU. It's one block from a COTA bus stop and Kroger is right behind the apartment building (there's no quicker way to grab some food when you're studying for exams).
