I’ve lived at this complex for a while and things used to run smoothly, but ever since the new property manager took over, everything has gone downhill fast. The new manager is rude, unprofessional and treats residents unfairly. The way they handled the previous maintenance supervisor — even going as far as calling the police in what appeared to be an act of discrimination — was completely unacceptable and set the tone for how poorly things are now run. I’ve lived at Eventide for a while now, and I have to say the recent changes under the new manager, Summer Santos, have been nothing short of amazing. Summer has brought a new level of professionalism and care to the community that we’ve been needing for a long time. The staff goes above and beyond to make your place feel like home and the location is amazing. One of the staff in particular, Summer, has been fantastic when it comes to cultivating a sense of community and addressing any issues that might come up day to day.
Going on two years living at Eventide and I’m still so happy with our choice to make this our home! Yesterday I went into the office for help with a maintenance request. In the past, it would take awhile for them to be completed so I wanted to go in person to make sure my issue was addressed promptly. Lindsey was happy to help me out and I also met our new manager Summer who was lovely! To my surprise, my maintenance issue was fixed the very next morning. Thank you ladies and maintenance team!
