We hired Melody and EventfullNYC for our wedding in May 2025 and cannot recommend her HIGHLY enough. Most importantly, the food was spectacular. We had passed appetizers and buffet style meal, and several of our guests said it was the best wedding meal they had ever had. EventfullNYC was a big reason why my wedding was as perfect as it was. They went above and beyond to accommodate our desires and needs even though we were not organized and experienced at hosting. They gave us a tasting so we could choose the foods we served, and arranged to coordinate for rentals, service, as well as an on the day coordinator. Thank you to Melody, Celeste, and the entire EventfullNYC team. They made our special day all the more special.
We went to a wedding that was catered by this company and we were amazed at how good it was. The food was of high quality and presented very well. The couple mentioned that this company also has reasonable prices in addition to incredible attention to detail. They provided tastings before the event so the hosts were able to make informed decisions. I rarely post reviews for events I did not personally host and work with the caterer, but this was the best I have seen in a long time.
I’m sorry but I have to do that, although I don’t like to review people even if they do mistakes but what the caterer and her team did for my cousin‘s wedding last week in NYC was a disaster. They came very late delayed Everything, and a lot of things were missing. Her bartenders also were very late zero coordination between the whole team. We cannot say enough nice things about working with Melody and her team for our wedding! From the initial tasting to the wedding itself, Melody was so lovely to collaborate with and the food was incredible at every step. We loved the menu options and the team was so communicative during the planning period.
