We had a group of six ladies visiting Park City for a long weekend. We booked an outdoor session which was absolutely wonderful. Each one of us left feeling better than when we arrived. Rachel, our instructor, had a flow, style and calming voice that was perfect for our group. We had the best time with Ellie hiking up PC hill, followed by a champagne toast and incredible yoga session surrounded by the most perfect view for my bachelorette — very grateful!

We had the absolute best experience doing yoga with Lindsey. The views were incredible and it definitely was a life experience! Lindsey was thoughtful, moved at a great pace and kept it fun for a bachelorette! Highly recommend!!!
