Why am I getting phishing emails from you?
They cancel a performance themselves but don’t pay back the full amount I paid as an international visitor. They only do that for USA visitors. They don’t answer emails. Especially Jonathan Brooks. Absolutely not recommending
DO NOT USE EVENTBRITE!!! Eventbrite has owed me a refund for almost a MONTH and will not respond to emails. Their website is nothing but AI chat support that tells me to log in even if I am logged in. You have created nothing but a hassle and headache and I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service in my life! Your AI makes it so I cannot contact a human. There is no phone number or chat option. No email address. "Contact us" routes users back to the SAME AI PAGE!!!!! HORRIBLE I WANT MY REFUND EVENTBRITE
I’ve been locked out of my Eventbrite organiser account for over a month — and support has done absolutely nothing to resolve it. Case #8393515 — acknowledged by their team as a technical issue, yet no timeline, no updates, and no one replying to emails or chat follow-ups.
