hello? you have an event in Singapore but Singaporeans are denied entry and are unable to get a slot to this event? but every other region is able to compete for a slot? ridiculous
Recently moved from Eventbrite after 9 years due to Eventbrite not having a good customer support option and only having a Bot to answer questions. As Event Bookings was a new site to me and I'm not very Tech savvy their customer service team were easy to contact and even telephoned me giving a step by step tutorial. Monzurul gave fantastic service and as a result I've now got more confidence and also tools to manage events
It's early days, but so far, EventBookings has been easy and intuitive to use as an events organiser - and the help I have received from their support staff has been first-class!
