Recently moved from Eventbrite after 9 years due to Eventbrite not having a good customer support option and only having a Bot to answer questions. As Event Bookings was a new site to me and I'm not very Tech savvy their customer service team were easy to contact and even telephoned me giving a step by step tutorial. Monzurul gave fantastic service and as a result I've now got more confidence and also tools to manage events
My overall experience was smooth, even though it was my first time using the platform for 2 simultaneous events (venue and online). When faced with a technical issue for international bookings, I contacted the customer service team and they were extremely helpful. The problem was resolved quickly, which meant that my clients' experience was not disrupted.

It's early days, but so far, EventBookings has been easy and intuitive to use as an events organiser - and the help I have received from their support staff has been first-class!
I have really enjoyed working with Event Bookings. The service provides so much and at such a reasonable rate compared to every single other competitor I looked at. Their customer service has been super helpful and responsive too. I heard back from them with a question/concern I had within 10-20 minutes. I also love that they are open to development of their service and I can suggest ideas for improving things.
