I am so glad my husband and I booked Event Serendipity as our wedding day coordinator. Mrs. Pam and her assistants made sure things were taken care of the day of our wedding so we could relax and enjoy our special day. Throughout the wedding plannig process, Mrs. Pam was easy to communicate with and she answered all of our questions to help get us ready for our wedding day. She took care of all our requests and made our wedding day seamless. Thank you Mrs. Pam and the Event Serendipity team!
Pam was always available to make recommendations when planning our trip to Italy. She was always available to discuss any questions we had when planning our trip as well as with any issues that came up last minute during our trip. I would recommend Pam as a travel agent as she was always friendly and professional.
Tour in Ireland was great. Only problems were lift out of order at Hotel Talbot Stillorgan and there was no paper in trhe latrine on the tour bus. Also, we missed our driver upon arrival and had to get a taxi, probably most of the fault was on us for getting there late. Everyone was helpful and Courteous. Pam was the wedding planner for my daughter's wedding 12/02/23. Pam always kept us on track and moving forward. She always provided gentle reminders of what we needed to be doing next. Pam and her team made our venue look like a fairytale place. They added their special touches to the tables and everywhere that made everything sparkle and beautiful!
