Absolutely horrible customer service. Took our 300 dollar deposit then would not return calls or texts for long periods of time. Always had an excuse for why they couldn't answer simple questions for our wedding. Long story short do not give your business to Thomas and Summer unless you want your day to be ruined and have to find someone last minute for DJ services. Wish there was an option for zero stars. Also they blocked us on facebook so I could not write a review there.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING AWAY MONEY!!! Thomas was suggested to us by a close friend. We trusted their suggestion and went ahead with meeting then signing a contract and providing a $300 deposit to Thomas for services for our wedding. A week and a half prior to the event they stopped responding to calls (both numbers on the contract had been disconnected) and messages. Very poor business!!!! They did a good job taking the deposit money. Poor communication after that oh and guess what the end result was! They never showed for the wedding. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING with them! Sad story line is all they delivered!!!!!! Small clams court!!!!
They where very clued into our needs and did everything we asked of them and they where very affordable easy to get ahold of they are awesome
