I was married in August of 07 and my wife and I were lucky enough to contract Event Professionals for out wedding. They provided the seating, all rentals including silverware/plates/glasses etc, staff, and coordinated the wedding. They exceeded all of my expectations!! My only regret was not hiring them to do the flowers as well!!! My wife and I provided the alcohol as well as hired a seperate company to provide the ice.
