I recently did an event here and the overall look and smell of the place was just awful. It looked so rundown, there were roaches everywhere, and it felt like it was neglected. Also based on what my client told me about their booking process and fees, I would never suggest this place to future clients.

I attended a baby shower over the weekend at this place. When we arrived the floor was soak and wet. From whom ever mopped before we arrived. The flooring was awful. I said to the couple who rented this place. That it was a lawsuit waiting to happen. The wood flooring was all withered in so many different places. Some of the light fixtures were out. Most importantly, there were waterbugs in the closet that held the table, chairs, and v the table covers. I would not definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Upon entering the event space the floor was soaking wet. This took time away from setting up because we had to towel dry the floors so guests wouldn’t fall. The floors are lifting at the Pembroke location, one guest tripped over a lifted piece of the laminate flooring. The large white chair is no longer white, more like off white and it’s peeling. Some of the chairs and tables are stained and need to be replaced.
