Very unprofessional behavior coming from the owner. We tried to book a date, and at first she said it was available but then later told us it got taken and now there are no more dates for the year. The day we agreed to come and see the place she decided not to show up and said that she texted us that she wouldn’t show when in fact we received no text from her the previous day.
This is a great location for events and has enough parking space both in front and at the back. The MD is a great person, she went beyond giving us the venue. She linked us up with quality vendors for our event.
BEWARE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!! The hall is good and the decoration was good, However Harriet did not stand by her word. On the day of finalizing details she said she would work with our budget only because she feels something and guaranteed us there will be no compromise on what we get. She also told us not to tell anyone that we were getting discount. She said there would be a play area for the kids, but there was none and completely denied when asked about it. The place is good and ampie Parking space. Our experience with MD Harriet wasn't great except for the fact that she gave us a good pricing. The contract wasn't very clear on the cleaning part. She literally made us remove trash bags and put away into dumpster at the entrance of the building . We had to take help from our guests who had to carry 2 trash bag per person to dumpster. This was the most ridiculous part. Which event place would ask us to do this job. In that case we could have just hosted the party at our own home!... read more
