Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we attribute that to Heather from Event DOC. From the rehearsal before our wedding day to the moment my wife and her bridesmaids got to the getting ready suite to the end of our reception, Heather was ON it! Heather kept us sane at our wedding! I appreciated the calls leading up to the wedding to make sure we hadn’t missed any details. She put together a very detailed timeline and made sure our wedding ran according to plan. I didn’t need full blown wedding planning, so a day of coordinator who also attended the rehearsal and was available for questions during the planning process was perfect! I cannot imagine trying to manage the day of ourselves. So glad we hired her!
From first meeting Heather on Zoom, I already loved her energy. I was struggling to come to terms that as much as I want to, I cannot be everywhere and do it all on the day of my wedding. We used Event DOC for my daughter's wedding in May, and I would give the team double the stars if I could! They truly thought of EVERYTHING to make the day of our wedding seamless -- the entire wedding party was able to relax and immerse themselves in the celebration, and Event DOC took care of managing all the vendors, the transportation, finalizing the table set-ups and dessert tables -- pretty much everything! Heather was an amazing Day of Coordinator! I thought I was just in need of someone to flip the room in between the ceremony and reception. However, Heather provided a significant more amount of guidance and support than I ever realized I needed. She offered practical suggestions, pinned countless boutonnières on our nephew and made sure our day was absolutely perfect! I highly recommend Event DOC and am so thankful we booked them for our wedding!
