Our event went great. We got a bounce house, dunk tank, tables, chairs, and linens. Everything was explained clearly and the delivery/pick-up process was easy and prompt. Thanks again Event Central.
Event Central LLC was the absolute WORST vendor I have ever had to work with. I placed my order and paid a deposit about 2 months before my wedding (table, chairs, linens, vases, chargers, and uplighting originally). I later called to take off the linens and uplighting because I found better prices. Owner has no customer service skills. Argued with me about a coupon I gave her and said she gave it back. After she found it in her paperwork-no apology. Did not have any of my items ready when I picked them up and said I asked for delivery. I called her two days in advance to confirm the pick up time. She had no recollection of the conversation and I had to wait for them to find my items that they could not locate for about 10 mins.
