Without directly naming the person, I would just like to caution any potential future clients to ask lots of questions before paying any retainers to the legal team. My lawyer not only cost me thousands of dollars but also lost my case due to lack of information and initiative. I was lied to, told that my custody hearing would consist of just myself, my ex and both lawyers, and to not bring witnesses. This is for Nicole Morton, she was absolutely fabulous, I needed estate documents done as soon as possible, not only did she do everything same day, but if I have/had any issues she is/was always there to assist. I wish she could practice in Florida as she would definitely have my business. Thank you sooooo much :-)
