Not an urgent care. Fix your description and have better manners for people walking into the wrong place
The wait for Labs was ridiculous. Only 4 people ahead & it was over an hour wait. No updates were given to me. I only got a, "they'll be with you shortly" from the office staff. When they finally took me back they said they had, "technical difficulties," but I don't buy it. If they have difficulties they would have notified me. I believe they had a major lack of communication between staff and forgot about me.
