I have enjoyed going here for my cleanings and fillings. However, the most recent experience have me wondering why a regular fillings appointment would take close to 2 hours - not sure if they are short staffed or I got double booked. I checked in 15 minutes early, I was shown to the treatment room within the first 2 minutes. The dental assistant completed the clinical intake and I was kept waiting for 45 minutes before the dentist came to numb the area of the fillings. Then the dentist left. The staff is great. They are both professional and personable. They always make you feel like family and they have your best interests at heart.
The whole experience was really nice. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, attentive and very pleasant throughout the process.
Both my hygienist and Dr are amazing with me lost my husband 1 or ago next month. They have been si caring when I get emotional. Who thought it would be there. They explain everything carefully.
