They are severely understaffed the last few months and it’s awful. Was fine before they were understaffed but now it’s ridiculous! We were there for 3 hours from start to finish for a cleaning and 2 hours for a simple filling. Pure insanity. I would rather just have my appointment cancelled than wait these long wait times with young children. I will not be coming back here again unfortunately which is a shame because the staff is nice and the office is adorable

Check your charges!!! They now have a behavior bill!!! If your kid has any type of anxiety, and is a little fussy, they will name your child as uncooperative and will bill you $70-100 just because they don’t want to deal with your child’s anxiety. I could only imagine the charge had my child been disabled or have any type of neurodivergents. Discrimination much? Stay far away!!!

Saw the dental hygienist for less than 5 minutes and was waiting 40+ minutes for dentist until we walked out. No one checked on us. This is unacceptable especially treating small children.

i recently brought my kids here. afterwards they expressed how horrible their experiences was. the dental hygienist and the dentist were very unprofessional and unwelcoming. my children expressed their feelings of uncleaned teeth and were uninformed whag were happening. they had NO mannerism while talking to the kids. my oldest EVEN complained that they did NOT get her nane right and complained how they commented extremely rude snide comments about her. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
