I am reviewing the virtual Evenly process only. I’ve never been so frustrated with something ever! From the snarky, rude responses on the other end of the app aka Dental Monitoring where you take your own photos and wait however long for response to move on is not what I expected before deciding to go this route. I chose Evenly Orthodontics for a few reasons; including the ease of use, multiple locations and ability to completely change my smile from home. But the main reason I chose to proceed with Evenly was the work and knowledge that their associate Quezia. Quezia showed so much dental knowledge and was able to simplify the information into easy to understand concepts. Quezia was very easy to work and schedule with and made my decision to proceed with this company easy. My teeth have been improving without any complications.
