It's almost scam behavior how if you have a question, they won't answer, they don't really use their call service (you'll never get someone and no one will respond). Delays, constant wrong information provided: just a terrible experience. Again, you will not be able to talk to someone ever about an issue or even to answer a basic question like how long it takes for something. It's really scamy
