We had the pleasure of renting a property managed by Even Par Properties and our experience was fantastic. We are planning to rent a second location this summer. The locations are excellent and central, the properties are well-maintained, and any questions or concerns were promptly addressed. Communication was always clear and responsive, making the entire process seamless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and accommodating property owner!

Such a great location and home! I had everything I needed and so much more. The home office set up made it easy while working remote, the balcony was the perfect spot to unplug after a long day, and the backyard was great for my dog. :) Highly recommend this location. Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an amazing stay at last minute same day booking. The space was exactly as described clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was less than 15/10 minutes away from Mar-a-Lago, making it easy to pop over for our event.
