I thoroughly enjoyed the class! Joan was great. I realized afterwards that there might be some confusion, because I introduced myself as Jade. That is what everyone calls me, but my name is actually Lauren. I am a yoga, Pilates, tai qi gong, belly dancing, and aqua instructor here in New Jersey. I always have a few minutes of meditation at the end of my classes, but I've never done yoga Nidra. It went deeper, took me to a whole other level.
