Rooms are always clean and fresh. Bryan at the lobby bar is so friendly and makes an amazing margarita! Everyone is always very helpful and friendly. Great location for walking to restaurants and the river.
This is probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had. First of all, almost everything costs extra, including breakfast. Breakfast are small portions for exhuberant prices. They didn't provide enough towels for the amount of guests that we booked for. Crystal was super! Very welcoming and our stay was wonderful. The room was amazing - spacious and equipped with workout equipment. Huge windows for expansive view. Will come again for sure!!

On July 24, 2025, my family and I arrived at EVEN Hotel Downtown Omaha – Old Market with a confirmed reservation (confirmed twice via text the same day).
