Had this company come out to service the unit. Prompt, courteous, explained exactly what they were doing. UV bulb to be replaced was not easy for them to find, but they took the time to research and find it, secure it and returned to change it out. They even took the time to give us preventive maintenance tips for future use. Would recommend in a heartbeat..
