I was told the service would cost $50. My hair is natural, thick, and straightened. Unfortunately, the stylist didn’t know how to handle it. She only applied shampoo once, didn’t detangle my hair, and put rollers in without even combing it. After the dryer, I had dandruff, which clearly showed my scalp wasn’t washed properly. She gave excuses to avoid detangling and put me straight under the dryer.
