Dr. Hirota has been my wife and my daughters' dermatologist for over 13 years. My daughter is totally handicapped. He helps and treats them with their server psoriasis. Dr. Hirota is kind, approachable, patient and supportive. He answers all our questions. We've know Dr. Hirota since my time on active duty for the US Army on Fort Lewis Washington. My wife is happy with Dr. Hirota and does not want to try another doctor.

write public negative reviews, but this was an appointment that was handled poorly from beginning to end, along with two call backs regarding the poor patient care. I had my follow up appt with Dr. Fu, I had a vitreous detachment a couple years ago and I follow up with Dr. Fu a couple times a year. I had monovision lasik and Dr. Dalhauser guides me through the whole process telling me exactly what he was going to do. The results were fantastic and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
Absolutely top-notch. Very personable, knew why I was seeing him, took care to be sure I understood what was going on, and was sensitive to my comfort. Exam, diagnosis and treatment carried out expediently and caringly.
I went to see Dr. Fu after I suddenly lost almost all of my vision in the right eye. I called her office as a brand in patient. Her staff added me on to her very full schedule. Dr. Fu was in surgery that morning and saw me in between her patients. She explained to me that I had a retinal detachment and given that I had just lost vision, she wants to do surgery immediately to save as much as she could. Poor bedside manner, abrupt and rushed and didn’t like questions
Truly a professional who loves her job as a surgeon. I am 99 percent satisfied. She does a fair job explaining things, but that is what her staff is their for. I would recommend her in a heart beat. She saved my vision. Ken She loves what she does and it shows.
