Very happy with Dr.Llanos, help me understand what was going on with my health.
The office staff is very unprofessional and rude. When calling to confirm a patient I was directed to confirm via email. Which I did twice. When I called back the second time to follow up on the two emails I had sent, I was told there was nothing that she can do bc everything must be done via email. When I asked if she could leave a msg for the provider she said no. In the middle of asking to speak to a supervisor she placed me on hold mid-sentence. She was the best! She explains everything. Everyone on the staff is super good. I recommend her.
She is very professional, she helps me a lot with my health, specially with my allergies
I have been waiting since last August to get my medical records to my new doctor and keep getting around. I emailed Dr Llanos and what is her reply that sees not records of my request and that this was the first time she is hearing about my request along with HIPPA law. I am in no way shape or form surprised by her reply because unless she is breather down her front desk staff's neck they don't know what to do. A strong level of training is in much need at her office.
Horrible medical office. They charged me for a no show when their office scheduled the wrong appointment date for me. Please do not use there.
