Dr Khoo is a dedicated, caring and proficient physician who has to practice under the constraints of Sutter which is a business. My complaint is NEVER with Dr Khoo, but rather with the Sutter System where you have to wait 3-4 weeks to see physicians or get physical therapy.
Dr. Khoo is an excellent primary care physician. She is no nonsense and really listens to me as a patient. Her referrals to specialists have also been on point for my needs. She even has office hours after 5pm. The reception staff and medical assistants are professional and friendly.
Dr Evelyn khoo is an excellent doctor. she always put patients first. When you send her a message she will try to reply even 9pm at night. I am so grateful she is my family doctor. Melina
