I visited for a scalp spa and facial. It was a really great experience and I would definitely do it again. The only downside is that the room you are in for the spa service isn't very quiet. You can hear all the chatter from the salon, breaking you out of that relaxed state from time to time.

Shout out to Jordan. She listened and asked all the right questions about how I wanted to cut my hair. Thank you! Last minute hair cut as well and they squeezed me in on the most busiest time of year.

Great colourists and stylists, discussed costs upfront so there were no surprises. Loved my hair!

They charged $485.00 for a colour correction. She turned my hair almost black after me picking a strawberry blond swatch out of her swatches. I said politely that this was not the colour I picked from the swatch. Colour techs know their palettes and swatches. She said she would correct it for me and all said and done I still did not get the colour I requested from a picture and swatch. She charge me a grand total $485.00. Trust them with some blond colours but not after the price tag and the stress in the chair.
