Evelyn is the bomb. She helped me get a mortgage for my first home. She helped me find a quality realtor after the first one I had proved to be a bad fit. She even helped me find a grant to cover additional costs. Then after all was done, she would still answer questions about adjustments to my mortgage, scam mail I’d get, escrow refunds and so much more. She’s great.
Evelyn and her her team make the process of buying a home in the bay area seamless and a LOT less scary than it could have been. Thank you for always taking my calls (even on weekends and late at night!!) and being willing to patiently unpack everything in ways that made sense and helped us feel safe. I can't think of how this process could have gone any smoother.
