Simply said … DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Use ANYONE but EVELUX! I have a litany of issues & repairs gone wrong.
I have called Evelux several times and will continue to call them for plumbing issues. Everyone, from office to techs, has been a pleasure to deal with and their response time has been great.
It’s unfortunate zero stars aren’t an option. I called them Friday (12/12) before noon to get an estimate, and spoke to the front desk person. She asked a few questions and requested pictures which were sent. She stated the master plumber (I’m guessing the owner) would call me back and that he could come to the house same day. Here we are Tuesday afternoon and still no call back…Weird, I thought money talked especially the cash variety.
Fast and reasonable. They came out the next day! Chris was great (and my dogs loved him).
Chris replaced the outside spigot and put a new cutoff in the crawl. NICE guy. GREAT work!!!!!!!!!!
