I'm not sure how this company is with other projects but if you need help with your water heater they aren't the best call. They were unclear on pricing and inconsistent with communication. They initially came out and got me a temporary fix without charging me and said they would be back with the part. It seemed very straightforward and honest so I reached out multiple times to make sure they were the ones to come back out but I was met with inconsistent responses on what was needed, how much it would cost and when someone w... read more
Everything was fine until we had issues - they blame everytbing snd everyone, even China, before they admit making even the simplest of mistakes. Really need to evaluate how they handle issues with their contractors/employess not being the best and the actual quality of work provided especially in the finer details department...their trim and molding work especially needs work/improvement.
We have had Evelux out twice and each time they have been wonderful to have, even though the second time it was my fault. I now know dont put potato peels in the garbage disposal.
