I have never experienced such poor communication and attention to detail as I did with surgery. Went in for one heart valve surgery ended up having that and then another heart surgery due to his mistake and the experience just went down hill from there. We were hoping for some kind of apology or at least come in and see how I was but never even took the time to due that. Dr. Rodriguez listened and answered all of our questions. He reviewed options and responded to our need for cost/benefit analysises. What would have made the visit better if we met in a conference room rather than a small medical room. There was no place for us to write and spread out materials.
He and his staff are wonderful!!
