Beware of this builder as Evelina doesn’t pay her contractors. When you see her website you think it’s a reputable builder, totally opposite. She owes me over $9000 and she’s hiding and not paying her bills meanwhile putting houses for sale. Horrible to have to put a lean on the houses in order to get paid. Crook of a woman, don’t build with someone with that kind of integrity.
