I seriously love this place. From day one, I felt completely comfortable and welcomed here and that’s not something I can say about most gyms. It’s so clean and well-kept, which honestly makes a huge difference. You can tell they take pride in the space and care about their members. Every corner—from the locker rooms to the equipment—is spotless. What I really appreciate is how modest and comfortable the environment is. I’m paying over $50 a month for the sauna not to be working and I don’t understand why their not updating their customers on when it will be fixed.

Loving the gym so far, especially since it’s an all women’s gym. However, the hours are weird and very inconvenient (m-f closed 1:30-3:30 and the weekends from 2-7) which is majority of the afternoon. They said they’re closed for cleaning but every time I come in after 3:30 nothing is clean, there’s no paper towel left, and I don’t see cleaners come in till about 9pm and they’re cleaning around you while you workout. The gym is nice but i think if you’re paying $12 a week, they should have a working sauna especially if it’s listed as one of the perks for joining the programs. Also, I don’t understand the 30 day policy when you ask for cancellation. You’re paying $48 just for cancelling the membership. It would be nice if the maintenance fee was refundable to make up for the cancellation fee. Also they almost always never pick up the phone when you call so the customer service isn’t that great.
