For people that workout early in the morning, the sauna is not available to them. It’s also often not as hot as it’s supposed to be because the staff does not get there early enough to let it heat up. The body scans are supposed to be done before your workout but if you workout early there is no staff there which means they are also not available. They still charge members the same price but certain amenities like this are not available to them. They need to change this or I will be going to another gym.

Out of no where they decide to raise swim classes from $200 to $380!!! An 80% increase just all of a sudden. I asked to speak to management or the owner and they made it sound like it's not a choice to do so. So unprofessional

Love this gym! It’s beautiful, has so many workout machines, and offers a ton of classes. I definitely recommend it. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, especially Ruby and Noor. Today I came in to get a drink before my workout, and Noor was so nice that she stopped what she was doing to make me one. She took the time to explain all the drinks and their benefits, and I never felt rushed. The facility itself is fine, but the management needs significant improvement. Communication is poor, customer concerns are often ignored, and issues are not handled professionally. Unfortunately, this negatively affected my overall experience
