Update: The first hearing aid stopped working properly after eight months. Angela helped us switch to a new brand, and it’s been working great. Everyone here is friendly and patient—thank you so much! Jocelyn is amazing! She is knowledgeable and kind. My father got a new hearing aids and got an ear wax removal. We’ve seen her a few times, she is very skilled and patient. Highly recommended!
