Making an initial appointment was easy. Staff were professional and friendly. I had an audio test. Staff explained and clarified the results. The follow up appointment was easily arranged and happened within a couple of days. They fitted the hearing aids and thoroughly explained how to use them. A two week appointment was set up to ensure there were no issues and that the aids were working as they should. I thoroughly Appreciated HEAR Oakville’s knowledge and experience.
We had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed. Shan at the reception were friendly, attentive, and professional, and treated us with genuine kindness and care. We visited HEAR Oakville because my fiancé had a blocked ear and ongoing pain. Earlier walk-in clinics gave incorrect or unhelpful advice, but at HEAR Oakville the doctor properly examined his ear and identified hard wax blockage. They patiently and gently removed it without any pain. After the procedure, he finally got full relief from the blockage and pain.
