My cat was the emergency that happened 7/14/26. We were adopted by a stray and she showed up yesterday with a horrific injury. It was traumatic and terrifying but the staff were so kind. I called them on the way and they were prepped and ready to go by the time we got there (maybe a 10 minute drive). The vet 100% saved her life and while I hate my emergency caused a disruption to others, I am so grateful for their quick response and care.
Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all cost. Jaden at the front desk does not treat customers with respect and is very rude. I had an appointment and nobody communicated that an emergency was coming in, mind you I had already been waiting 20 minutes passed my appt time. They did not tell me I would have a prolonged wait time and after asking what was going on sitting for an hour, told me just to reschedule. I live 30 minutes away and logistics are not that simple. Do not take your animal there!!!! I took my dog there for a neck injury(slipped disc) told them to xray do whatever needed to help her.the vet called me a few hours later asking if I would pay for blood test to make sure meds wouldn't effect her, I picked her up still helping when she raised her head and they gave me antibiotics. When I took her back for follow up, a different vet comes in and says he needs to xray her and I told him they already did and the tech came back and said she didn't get xrays..my poor girl. Great vet who is very accommodating and you can tell they care for their clients and their owners.
Our cat Virgil ran off and needed an emergency visit. This vet is wonderful! Accommodating, actually affordable, and the staff are kind wonderful people. Definitely recommend!
