Eve VRBO 700 First Ave N. stay was a terrible experience. Hallway to the outside entrance was dark with lights burnt out. People above us stomped all night while talking loud and sometimes yelling. Walls and ceiling are very thin and we felt shaking with the upstairs people running around above us. Train ran right outside all night and was very loud. Rooms were not clean.
