This was my first visit. I called to make an appointment as a new patient and was treated very well. The receptionist (Katey) was genuinely concerned and went above and beyond to get me a same day appointment. Dr. Grelle was amazing. She took her time to evaluate my concerns. All staff and team members were very warm, welcoming, and cheerful. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new optometrist, this is the place to be. Thank you all for your help!
I really felt like Dr. Grelle listened to me as a patient dealing with dry eyes. I felt like I wasn't boring her or that I was someone to be checked off a list. I will make sure I choose her for upcoming appointments
