I am shocked and appalled at the lack of professionalism simply based on inquiry phone calls. I called today to find out more about services offered at this practice and the first time I was disconnected, the second time I got through and was immediately put on hold with very little introduction and courtesy. I was already feeling reluctant at this point and after waiting on hold for several minutes I gave up and hung up.
