Showed up with my 2 year old son after Google stated that it was opened. Very frustrating. Please update with any changes.
I had an appointment there this morning. I have always used Simon Med in the past. This was my first experience at Banner Imaging. The staff was beyond amazing. So kind and thoughtful. I will never go anywhere else for my imaging needs. They were truly amazing.
The reason I gave it a 4 stars and not 5 is because I had to wait a long time to be seen when I was sick and by the time I got in there I was fine. My previous experience consisted on Banner Imaging claiming not to have received the request from my doctor and having me call my doctor so that they could request the X-rays again. The healthcare system in Arizona is not the best I have experienced. They have terrible communication and I can see someone losing their life because of the lack of responsibility from one department ... read more
