Before coming evcg they were building houses under IPB . We had our house built but ingmar and was never finished to our plans. We have about $20k of changers need to be done to finish to what we played for. Don't recommend building with them as they don't fix any problems that were part of the build. If there building any our building at is move expensive then yours they will postpone your build to do the dearer build.
